Sit straight up in a chair and tilt your head back. Be sure, pull down your neck skin at collarbone height, and keep holding it during the exercise. Next, pull your lower jaw forward and press your lips together. Hold for a couple of seconds and then repeat. Repeat this 20 times.
Next, lie on your back with your legs straight and your hands on the floor next to your thighs. Next, lift up your head until your chin is the highest point of your head. Hold this for couple of seconds, then slowly release, and lay down your head. You should be able to feel the skin on your neck stretching. Do 20 to 25 repetitions.
Sit straight up in a chair and open your mouth wide, next push your bottom jaw out so that it reaches in front of the top of your lips. Kind off like a reversed bucktooth. Hold this for 5 seconds and then release and repeat 20 times.
Try doing these exercises every day or a couple of times a day if you can. You can do them anywhere, at your desk, watching TV or in bed. You should notice a difference under your chin within a couple of weeks.
Remember, if you also have excess body weight, then you need to get back to normal weight for you. Stick with your diet and regular exercise in order to reduce your double chin.
